All the individual parts of the bin (mainly body, lid, etc.) are monoblock and are made from reinforced high-density polyethylene plastic solid high using high pressure INJECTION moulding. The plastic contains special stabilizers that provide protection against UV polymerization. It is a raw material which is completely resistant to very low and high temperatures, climatic changes and chemical reactions as well as being resistant to vandalism and fire and to liquid and acid waste. The metal parts are highly durable and have been specially treated to give them the necessary antioxidant protection. To give a homogenous durable colour, the colouring process is done during the casting and is based on the international specifications in the RAL colour chart. We can place messages, logos and ownership details on the bins. The bins are constructed to recent standards, are highly durable and suitable for the safe and hygienic disposal of household, industrial and commercial waste as well as rough and bulky waste. They meet international rules on ergonomics and comply with European standards EN840 1/2/5/6
